- The facility will generate energy by harvesting solar power using static photovoltaic panels (PV).
- After construction is completed , the facility will generate no noise affecting the neighbors.
- There are no moving parts, machinery, motors or turbines in the facility.
- It is unmanned facility, therefore no noise, no dust, no vibrations, no emissions and no frequent traffic.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT HEARING
A public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., via virtual platform, concerning Temo Renewables, LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) from the Maryland Public Service Commission. The hearing will include a presentation by the Applicant.

Written comments on the proposed Project may be submitted electronically through the Commission’s website at www.psc.state.md.us, or by first-class mail with the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S. Johnston, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202, and must reference Case No. 9682. Pursuant to the Commission’s March 13, 2020 Notice of Waiver and Relaxed Filing Requirements, no paper copies need be submitted if the filing is public in nature and no more than 25 pages in length. The Commission encourages parties to use the Commission’s “e-file” system for filing.
